Screenshots

In the following guide, there are 6 dashboard screens which require screenshots.
Please make these screenshots and provide them to Appier.
Providing accurate screenshots helps speed up and ensure the quality of your campaign onboarding process.

Network Selection

Adjust dashboard

  1. Please click on the "+ New ad network" button at the top of the Campaign Lab.
  1. Search for "appier" in the search bar, select "Appier," and then press the "Next" button at the bottom right.


App selection

  1. Please select your app and press the "Next" button.


Data Sharing

  1. Please click the "Enabled" button at the top of the page to activate it.
  2. Click on the settings as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. Afterward, scroll down and click the "+ Map event" button to configure all events as shown.
  2. Click "Apply".

Note

We strongly recommend using only letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9), symbols (!@#$%^&*()-_+=), and spaces in the event names.

  1. After you have completed the settings as described, please press the "Next" button.

Link Structure

  1. Name your tracker starting with 'appier_'+campaign name (suggest).
  2. Click the "Next" button at the bottom.

Note

No need to worry about the part in the Campaign parameters section that says "campaign appears as unknown in reports." You should be able to receive reports with values without any issues.


User Destinations

  1. Please change the "deeplink" from "App stores (default)" to "In-app screen."
  2. Please ignore the settings below and click the "Next" button on the bottom right.

Note

If deep linking is not set up, it will appear as shown in the screenshot below. In this case, please inquire with the developer to check for the presence of a deep link. If there isn't one, you can disregard this option and proceed with the next set of instructions.


Attribution Setting (Tracker Level)

  1. Please click the "Edit" button on the right of the "Clicks" section under "New user: attribution"field.

  1. Please set the "Clicks" field as follows.
  2. Please set the Attribution window in the Device matching section to 7 DAYS.
  3. Enable Probabilistic matching as shown below.
  4. Please set the Attribution window in the probabilistic matching section to 24 HOURS.

  1. Please click the "Edit" button on the right.

  1. Please set the "impressions" field as follows.
  2. Enable Device matching.
  3. Please set the Attribution window in the Device matching section to 24 HOURS.
  4. Enable Probabilistic matching.
  5. Please set the Attribution window in the probabilistic matching section to 24 HOURS.
  6. Please click the "Edit" button on the right of the "Clicks" section under "Existing user: Reattribution"field.

Enable reattribution (App Reengagement/AICTIVATE)

  1. Please set the "Clicks" field as follows.
  2. Enable reattribution as shown below.
  3. Please set the Inactivity period in the reatrribution section to 0 DAYS.
  4. Please set the Reattribution window in the reatrribution section to 7 DAYS.
  5. Please click the "Edit" button on the right.

Create a tracking link

  1. Click "Create link".

  1. Click the "Copy URL" Button to copy the CLICK URL/IMPRESSION URL for Appier.


Grant Appier permission to inspect settings.

  1. Return to the main page and click on "Account settings."

  1. Click on "Users" in the Account settings banner.

  1. Click the "+ New user" button in the top right corner of the page.

  1. Please configure the settings as shown in the screenshot below.
  2. In the "First name" field, enter "Support Team," and in the "Last name" field, enter "Appier."
  3. Enter EMAIL: [email protected]
    (For Korea Clients) [email protected]
    (For GCR Clients) [email protected]
    (For Japan Clients) [email protected]
    (For US and EMEA Clients) [email protected]
  1. Select ROLE: CUSTOM
  2. Please click the "Customize permissions" button in the bottom right.

  1. Select each app you want to run with Appier.
  2. Please select EDITOR as the ACCESS role for Appier. In order to provide the best onboarding and troubleshooting service possible, Appier asks for the EDITOR access. However, if this level cannot be granted, then please select READER as the access level.
  3. Click the "Save" button in the bottom right.

Note

If designated as an Editor, Appier can assist in verifying and correcting the settings during onboarding if required.

If designated as an Reader, Appier can view and analyze campaign data but doesn't have direct editing authority for urgent situations.

  1. After click the "Save" button, you will be taken back to the previous page.
  2. Finally, click the "Create new user" button in the bottom right.
